John J. Mulligan has almost thirty years of experience in the commercial, investment, and residential mortgage lending fields, and has closed hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate loans in diverse markets all over the country.
Prior to founding CCIG, John served on the management teams of some of the nation's largest banks and private mortgage companies, including Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Prospect Mortgage, and Guaranteed Rate. That experience is where he first saw the need for non-bank, non-traditional financing sources to meet the rising demand for capital and liquidity in the commercial and investor real estate markets — and the need for a company like CCIG.
