Mike Palmier – Loan Officer

Mike Palmier is a conscientious mortgage professional. Mike has the skills and resources that enable him to provide assistance when the borrower or the transaction conditions do not conform to traditional institutional lender guidelines.

Mike has a passion for perfection and is focused on helping the real estate investor achieve their mortgage financing goals, so they can take their real estate investment business to the next level. Mike has been successful in the real estate business for over two decades and has bought and sold numerous investment properties, many of which have been backed by non-institutional funds.

In addition to his mortgage skills and real estate investment background, he is also a licensed real estate agent and licensed commercial pilot. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in aviation technology and business from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.

When Mike is not working, he enjoys flying, swimming, photography, classic cars, watching football, grilling out and spending time with his family and friends. Last but certainly not least, Mike enjoys thinking about which borrower he can help next when he returns to work!
