John Mulligan – Owner/Manager

Commercial Capital Investor Group is led by its founder and manager John J. Mulligan. Mr. Mulligan has almost thirty years of experience in the Commercial, Investment and Residential mortgage lending fields. During this time Mr. Mulligan has closed hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate loans in diverse markets all over the country. This experience makes him uniquely qualified to lead commercial capital investor group into the new decade.  Prior to founding Commercial Capital Investor group Mr. Mulligan served on the management teams of some of the nation’s largest banks and private mortgage companies including Wells Fargo, Bank of America Prospect mortgage and guaranteed rate. This is where he first realized the need for non-bank non-traditional financing sources to meet the rising demand for capital and liquidity in the commercial and investor real estate markets and the need of a company like CCIG. Mr. Mulligan is an avid golfer, skier hockey player and a level 3 USA certified coach who enjoys coaching his hockey player sons John (Jax) and Prescott (Tiger). He has been married to his wife Anne-Marie for 15 years and the family calls Haverhill, MA home.
