Roger Hartley – Loan Officer

With fifteen years’ experience in the mortgage business, along with a long career in real estate development, management, and brokerage; Roger brings the highest level of competence and professionalism to Commercial Capital Investor Group. His expertise in construction, jumbo, and conventional loans, as well as investment programs makes him a valuable part of the real estate financing team.

Roger holds a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, and a J.D. from John F. Kennedy University. He takes an active role in the community as a member and past president of the Littleton Rotary Club, and participates in the Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Lowell Chamber of Commerce, BNI and the Northeast Association of Realtors.
